Monitoring:

We monitor your site to make sure it's up and responsive. If the site goes down, you as well as technical support are notified immediately.

Email Account Management:

We'll manage changes to email accounts for you, such as adding, changing and deleting accounts, or resetting passwords.

Domain Management:

We'll take care of managing your domain and make any necessary DNS changes.

Backups:

We make sure you have daily off-site backups of your database and files. We can restore your site within 24 hours, and much faster in most cases. We keep backups for the last 30 days, or even longer with an extended agreement.

Website Updates:

We can edit existing pages, update images, add or remove pages, or help improve your site navigation. There is a 15-minute minimum deduction for each change request. Hours do not roll over at the end of the month. Additional HTML/Graphics hours billed at $40 and additional Programming hours billed at $80-160 depending on complexity.
